Caltech Safe Zone Program ("Tech Zone"): Learn how you can foster an affirming and engaging campus climate for LGBTQ+ students and all individuals on campus.
Caltech Connect training: Gain practical skills for having supportive conversations and making referrals to resources for those in crisis
COMPASS Mentoring Program: One-on-one mentoring program offered through the Caltech Center for Inclusion and Diversity.
Decoding Diversity: Introductory workshop for all members of the Caltech community, offered quarterly.
Diversity and Inclusion Ambassadors: Learn basic cultural competencies and champion diversity and inclusion on and off campus through your own advocacy project.
Equity and Title IX Advocates: Trains graduate and undergraduate students to be accessible resources for community members seeking information or support around issues relating to equity, inclusivity, sexual harassment, sexual assault, or other forms of discrimination.
Equity and Title IX workshops and trainings: Any community within Caltech can request a personalized session.
Peer Advocate Program: One-term course and ongoing training that equips student leaders to educate, support, and facilitate interactions with their peers.
