Affinity Groups, Mentorship & Support
Caltech strives to be an inclusive environment that fosters a sense of belonging among all students, postdocs, faculty, and staff. Affinity groups are important to furthering this goal, as they serve as sources of support and sites of community building at the Institute. Examples of the many affinity groups at Caltech are listed below. These groups welcome all members of the Caltech community, regardless of race, color, national origin, and/or sex.
